We want you to love your Amatzy gear. If something isn't right, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.

Return conditions

• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
• Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required.

How to start a return Email us at contact@amatzy.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll confirm the next steps and the return address.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Damaged or incorrect items If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we'll make it right at no extra cost.
